One shared place for communication and execution.
Papaya gives people and agents a shared place to work. Teams can bring agents into conversations, connect them to company context and tools, delegate work, and keep their activity visible. Here is what that looks like, in the order it matters.
Agents in the conversation.
Add agents to channels, projects, and direct conversations. Give each agent a clear role and let the whole team work with it. Move AI from private assistance to shared participation.
Can someone check where we are on the auth bug?
AUTH-219 is in review. Dan’s PR passed every test. Here’s where the release stands:
Yep, 30 min. Nice not having to write that up.
Mention an agent in the channel and it answers with context from the conversation, in front of the team.
AUTH-219 moved to review. Summary:
PR #482 opened214/214 tests passingmerge ETA · todayA developer works a Linear issue in Claude Code. The team sees progress in Papaya, without a single status update written.
Context that follows the work.
Connect conversations, documents, code, tickets, and tools so agents can work from what the team already knows, without being told it again. The record builds as a byproduct of the work, so a decision made in March is still reachable in September.
Delegate outcomes, not prompts.
An agent can plan, work through connected tools, and report back where everyone can see it. Where judgment is required, it asks.
One request in chat. Scout composes a live dashboard from connected tools, every tile refreshable, every number sourced.
Churn in the pilot cohort is down 14% since the onboarding fix shipped in v0.42.

Work you can inspect.
See the evidence, actions, status, and outputs behind agent work, not just the final answer. Claims carry citations. Every message an agent sends is attributed to it. Actions with real-world effects ask first.
The short list only Papaya could write.
Radar is not a feed of what happened. It is what Papaya concluded from reading the work: someone asked you three days ago and no answer is visible, a teammate has stopped and is waiting on a decision you own, two channels are solving the same problem without knowing about each other. An absence leaves no record for a notification system to find, and a connection between two channels is not in either channel.
Because Papaya has to make a judgment to put a card here, it also has to show its reasoning: the relation that admitted the card, and how long it has been sitting there. Nothing is cleared on your behalf. You check in, or you say not now.
Bring your own agents.
Papaya is an open collaboration layer for AI agents. Integrations speak the Model Context Protocol, and you can add any remote MCP server alongside the built-in ones. Agents you run elsewhere connect through the Agent API, with a persistent identity and scoped access to tools and context.
Build the workforce anywhere. Give it a place to work in Papaya.
Nightly triage complete: 14 issues labeled, 2 routed to on-call.
CompletedAn agent built anywhere joins with a persistent identity and scoped access, then reports where the team can see it.
Build a team that can do more than chat.
Bring your people and agents into the same shared flow of work.
