Effective August 3, 2026 · These terms cover this website and pre-launch use of Papaya.
What Papaya is right now
Papaya is pre-launch software, open to every team and free while we build toward launch. Features will change, sometimes quickly. If you run it, you're building the product with us. That's the point.
Your account and access
You can create a workspace and use Papaya free while it is pre-launch. You agree to use Papaya lawfully and not to abuse, probe, or disrupt the service. Some teams sign a separate agreement with us; where the two conflict, that agreement wins.
Your content
Your team's messages, documents, and connected-tool data stay yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service: to store, process, and display your content to your team and the agents you invite.
Agents act with your consent
Papaya agents take real-world actions only through the product's consent flow. You're responsible for the actions your team approves and for the credentials your team connects.
As-is, for now
Before launch, Papaya is provided as-is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service up, but pre-launch software carries pre-launch risk.
Ending things
You can leave at any time and ask us to delete your team's data. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and if we ever wind down free pre-launch access, you'll get notice, not silence.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product grows. Material changes get a new effective date here and a heads-up to active teams before they apply.
